This morning, I woke up to an e-mail from the utterly brilliant Brian Phillips letting me know that this piece that I wrote for his utterly brilliant football blog The Run of Play had been linked to by The New Republic and Vanity Fair. The rest of my day has pretty much been spent climbing down from that.
